First off, Knightsfall Press’s site is back up. It has been back up since somewhen around the 6pm hour yesterday (Eastern), but I did not circle back to make that announcement.

Yay… right?

Alrighty, then. Moving on!

As the tags for this post show, I want to discuss an update to the thoughts I tacked on at the end of my post yesterday about my writing. Specifically, Cole & Srexx.

As we crossed from June to July, I thought that I would be writing and publishing Tribunal (Sorcerous Pursuits #3), Colfyr (Shepherd Security Services #2), and another title that had not been determined at that time.

I will be publishing Colfyr. I will be setting it up for pre-order by the end of October for a “first Tuesday in December” release date. It is highly unlikely I will be publishing Tribunal… for the simple fact that I still need to write the majority of it.

As I think I wrote in my previous post (because I’m too lazy right this second to go back and check), I have reached the conclusion that my dissatisfaction with Haven Ascendant and Fires of Cole & Srexx is part of the underlying issues holding me back from creating the writing habit that I want.

Therefore, I am going to focus on Cole & Srexx until I am proud to claim Haven Ascendant and Fires in public.

I woudl like to reach the point that I can devote a month to writing the next story in a specific series. For example: Sorcerous Pursuits in January, Primogenitor Saga in February, Cole & Srexx in March, etc.

Unfortunately, I am not there yet.

But I do think that bringing Cole & Srexx back from the dead and getting this underlying dissatisfaction will go a long way to helping clear my mind enough that I can make meaningful, lasting progress toward that goal.

I feel safe in saying my readers might enjoy knowing what they can expect from me, too.  😉
